Thanks! I've got my own set of headcanons surrounding possession, like Employers only being able to possess those without a S3LF unless they are willing or tricked into not fighting back against their commands.

Hank is willing, in this case. He and the Stygian are partners essentially in Project Callisto's lore. She issues commands, and he does whatever it takes to complete them, no matter the cost.
